Refund Policy

ProofFlow is billed weekly as a recurring Whop subscription. You can cancel to stop future weekly charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period.

Refund requests are reviewed through Whop. Unused capacity in a week does not create a credit. Software access follows the live membership after a refund or cancellation.

Verification results are assessments of available evidence. An Insufficient Evidence or Manual Review result is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
